Charles has been involved in Public, Private, and government insurance finance, accounting and regulatory filings financial controller in health insurance, hospital administration, and managed care. Charles was CEO of Central Georgia Health Network managing 1100 plus providers, creating brand visibility, negotiated 9 value-based contracts as a single signature for providers and Navicent Health System. Charles led the way for the clinically integrated network to implementation of an IT platform for population health initiatives delivered to point of care EHRs and successfully creating and winning one of only 6 Track 3 CMS Medicare risk ACOs nationally in the process bringing 5 health systems to the table.​

Charles was previously the CGHN Vice President for the Optum Network Optimization and Financial predictive analysis, and California State DMC and DOI Population Health and Clinical Integration team. He has evolved his knowledge base in the field of Physician Practice M&A financial modeling and valuation, health technology sales, effectively collaborating with physicians to deploy efficiencies in data collection, valuation, and financial analysis.
